Every year, fires cause hundreds of deaths, as well as billions of rands in damage to buildings and assets. To stop fires from occurring and effectively manage outbreaks, organisations must train employees and health and safety team members in firefighting techniques and firefighting skills development.

The actions taken by a trained firefighter during the first few crucial minutes of a fire developing will most likely determine whether it will be contained or spread into a raging catastrophe.

This firefighting course provides essential firefighting training. After training, delegates are issued with a certificate valid for a 2-year period.

In addition to training, Absolute Health Services can also assist organisations to install and service crucial firefighting equipment essential for effective fire prevention, such as extinguishers and hose reels.

Because of the hands-on nature of this training, it is offered in person at Absolute Health Services' excellent training facilities in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban & Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). Alternatively, if your employer has eight or more people needing to take a course, the instructors can come to you and conduct the training on site.
